Leave it or get involved?
Delivering products and managing teams is a funny business. Sometimes the best course of action is intentional inaction and sometimes inaction is the worst thing you could do.
Giving the team automony and stepping back can be very powerful and requires composure to do and letting go of your impulse to control. When the team is not ready for autonomy, then you stepping back leads to frustration or worse.
Get a sense of how to position yourself: use retros, pick up on signs in conversation. Better yet, use a coaching stance to empower without fully stepping away.
It can be hard to do this balancing act - easier to put your hands up and default to inaction or be fully involved all the time.
